• Scientific Research: Providing scholarly research that contributes to the body of knowledge in democratic ideals for the improvement of civic society.

• Educational Literary Services: Promoting the writing and publication of scientific research in democratic learning, experiential learning, service-learning programs, and open access to higher education to promote social responsibility of the citizenry in the democratic governance of civic society.

• Civic Forum: Fostering the exchange of civic and democratic ideas to shape the moral values and civic virtues of the citizenry toward societal civility.

• Civic Research Trust Fund & Charity: Providing scholarships from donations of portions of proceeds from literary publications, fundraisings, grants, and charitable contributions to assist individuals who pursue research in democratic learning, experiential learning, service-learning programs, and enrollment management/open access to higher education toward the advancement of democratic governance and societal civility
